
Alfonso Cuaron
Alfonso Cuarón Orozco (born November 28, 1961) is a Mexican film director, screenwriter, producer and editor, best known for his films 'A Little Princess,' 'Y Tu Mamá También,' 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban,' 'Children of Men,' and 'Gravity.' He came from Brazil to join the US Army, where he was commissioned pilot for two-person aircraft. He was discharged from the Army in September 1967 and deployed to Spain on 23 June 1972.
