What's with all the remakes, Hollywood? What happened to fostering fresh ideas? Since everyone has to suffer through yet another remake, we might as well have some fun.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sony is rebooting Charlie's Angels and also currently negotiating with Elizabeth Banks to direct the franchise. By the way, the Charlie's Angels version starring Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu was released in 2000. That's right, it's only been 15 years. And in 2011, ABC also aired a TV show based off the popular franchise with Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor, and Annie Ilonzeh, but canceled it after only 4 episodes.

Since there's no stopping the Hollywood reboot train, dream casting seems like the only viable option. It's a good thing that young Hollywood is full of talented actresses. Here's a list of possible trios who can play the iconic private detectives.

The Hipster Angels

Many people are unaware of how talented Mae Whitman, Zendaya, and Sarah Ramos are, and that's just a downright travesty! These beautiful young actresses have been acting from a very young age, and have somehow managed to retain their sanity and a killer sense of style along the way. Oh, and they are definitely more likely to hit the art gallery than the club.

The Underdog Angels

The world may not see Alia Shawkat, Ellen Page, and Maisie Williams as forces of nature, but these ladies can kick some serious butt. Shawkat and Page starred together in Whip It! and they are real life BFFs. Apart from being funny and cute, these three also aren't afraid to speak their minds. It's time for some sassy and opinionated angels to take the spotlight. Plus, they would totally break into a rap-dance sequence. Hopefully it's set to TLC's “Scrubs” or Blackstreet's “No Diggity.” #90sMusic4Eva

The Sophisticated Angels

Sure, Saoirse Ronan, Jamie Chung, and Freida Pinto are some classy ladies, but they aren't afraid to kick off their shoes and get the job done. They might seem like the kind of girls who hangout at Gwyneth Paltrow's house in the Hamptons, but don't get it twisted, okay! They've taken on action roles before, and this opportunity wouldn't be a stretch.

The “Power House” Angels

It's no secret that Anna Kendrick, Aubrey Plaza, and Lupita Nyong'o are incredibly talented actresses. They can do both comedy and drama, so a movie like Charlie's Angels really wouldn't be a problem for them. All three actresses are totally smart, witty, and beautiful. Can you even imagine how fun this movie set would be?

The Goofy Angels

Everyone loves Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone, and Rebel Wilson, so why not put them in a movie together? These ladies will bring an alternative and better perspective to the otherwise sexualized representation of the Angels. Clearly, their humor will be a welcome change, and they'll probably end up improvising half of the script.

The Bad-Ass Angels

Yeah, you wouldn't want to be standing on the other side of Cara Delevingne, Keke Palmer, and Kristen Stewart. These tough as nails actresses can knock your teeth out, but they can also be incredibly nurturing. Delevingne and Stewart have been accused of having bad attitudes, but that's just unfair. Not everyone enjoys the limelight, alright? All three of these ladies are passionate, a bit quirky, and drop dead gorgeous. Talk about the perfect trio.

The Fandom Angels

Margot Robbie, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Jenna Coleman have been steadily making their marks in Tinseltown, but these three beauties are mainly known for being part of hardcore fandoms. Robbie will star in the forthcoming Suicide Squad while Mbatha-Raw and Coleman both have roots in Doctor Who. Can you imagine the fan frenzy if this actually happened?

The “Well Beyond Their Years” Angels

It's difficult to believe that Kiernan Shipka, Amandla Stenberg, and Hailee Steinfeld are only teenagers. These beautiful and insanely articulate actresses have already carved out a unique space for themselves in young Hollywood. You won't see them tripping on sidewalks next to Lindsay Lohan, or trying to adhere to traditional expectations of beauty and femininity. “Love Myself” and #ShineTheory are the mottos here.

The “From TV to the Big Screen” Angels

Clearly it's time for Arden Cho, Ashley Benson, and Nina Dobrev to make the leap to the big screen in a major way. These ladies are mainly known for being on Teen Wolf, Pretty Little Liars, and The Vampire Diaries, respectively, but they deserve a bigger break for being the best parts of their TV shows. So, lets give them the opportunity. Plus, Benson must be dying to leave Pretty Little Liars. How many more years of A's torture can one person endure? Set the girl free already!

The Double Threat Angels

These ladies have double the talent, which seems totally unfair! Zoe Kravitz, Taylor Swift, and Vanessa Hudgens can all sing and act. To be fair, T.Swift has only ever been in Valentine's Day and most of us have done our best to forget about that cinematic monstrosity. Still, we all know Swift wants that EGOT real bad, so let's help her reach that goal. On the other hand, Kravitz and Hudgens have already displayed their vocal chops and have been quietly making their way up in the acting world. So cheers to the most unlikely trio of them all!
