Carter Oosterhouse will be having a very eco-friendly wedding in the near future.

The actress spilled the news about her "very new" and "very exciting" engagement Thursday at an Earth Day event, and even showed off her big engagement bling.
Apparently Oosterhouse, who got his start on TLC's
Trading Spaces, proposed to Smart earlier this week in LA.
These two have been an item since November.
