Carter Oosterhouse's engagement at an Earth Day event yesterday.

The actress said the engagement was "very new" and "very exciting." Apparently Oosterhouse, who got his start on TLC's
Trading Spaces and now hosts two shows on HGTV, popped the question in LA this week.
These two have been an item since November. Congrats to the happy couple!
