It's time to whip out the blue and pink confetti, because Beyoncé and Jay Z have welcomed a boy and a girl to their brood.
While news broke Beyoncé had given birth to the two on Saturday, Us Weekly was the first to confirm their genders the following day.
The singer gave birth to the twins in a Los Angeles-area hospital some time last week, according to multiple sources. E! News reports both Jay Z and the couple's eldest child, Blue Ivy, were seen at the hospital as early as Thursday.
Beyoncé, whose pregnancy may just go down in history as the most epic in human history, gave birth to Blue Ivy in January of 2012. Now, Blue is a big sister.
In February, the singer announced she was expecting twins via Instagram:
"We would like to share our love and happiness," she wrote. "We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters."
The announcement has since garnered over 11 million likes.
Best wishes to Beyoncé and Jay Z, but mostly to Blue, who's really making out like a fox with two new playmates.
