Kelly Clarkson has been victim of no less than a zillion
pregnancy rumors over the years. But this time, it's true: She and new husband
Brandon Blackstock are having a baby.
Clarkson obviously took to Twitter to announce the exciting news. “I’m pregnant!!! Brandon and I are so excited! Best early Christmas present ever,”
she wrote.
In recent interviews, Clarkson has hinted about her desire to start a family. “We are not announcing anything right now! We’re not, no,” she said recently on
The Tonight Show. “Practice makes perfect! We’re trying, trying, trying … like rabbits!”
This news comes just a month after she got hitched in Tennessee in an intimate ceremony that simply included the bride, groom, and Blackstock's children from his first marriage.
