Candace, who married Russian hockey player Valeri Bure in 1996, reveals in the new book that shortly after Full House was canceled in 1995 she began to suffer from bulimia.

"It's a very dangerous cycle that can just start to consume your life and really take over," she told People magazine. These days Candace says she stays healthy thanks to plenty of exercise and chasing around her three kids with Valeri.

Candace isn't the first Full House star to find herself struggling after the show. Jodie Sweetin, who played her younger sister, Stephanie, revealed last year in her book UnSweetined, that she had fought her addiction to methamphetamines. Meanwhile Ashley Olsen, who together with sister Mary Kate played baby Michelle, sought treatment for anorexia in 2004.
