Has anyone else noticed a relative pattern lately?
Not only are entire families coming to prominence within the world of entertainment but, more specifically, sisters are busting out of the woodwork - kicking behind, grabbing espressos, and only stopping to take names later. It seems there's nothing that these multi-talented ladies can't do.
From modeling to acting, singing to running their own beauty brands, no industry has been left untouched by the duos. More importantly, many of them are simultaneously taking on movements that will help to better the world, adopting selfless causes that serve to benefit humans, animals, and the environment en masse.
Here are the fabulous females at the top of our list.
1. Beyonce and Solange Knowles
What with her present success, we tend to forget exactly how many years Beyonce, 33, has been hustling. It was in 1990 that her initial group, Destiny's Child, first formed.
Her consistent class, on-point live performances and (frankly) unfalteringly fabulous life has earned her the title of "Queen Bey" among the unwashed masses - but that's only after decades of obliterating every obstacle in her way.
She recently made news for what might just be her most controversial action yet, that "controversial" act being the galvanization of her audience to give a vegan diet a try for 22 days. Say what you will, but Bey is entirely allowed her own opinion. Plus, studies have demonstrated the vegan diet as leading to a healthier lifestyle.
Solange, 29, found her way into the music scene shortly after her sister, releasing her own solo album at the age of only 17. She's been nominated for a BET Award and has also made the Billboard Top 200.
2. Gigi and Bella Hadid
Gigi, 20, and younger sister Bella, 18, have dominated the tween scene like nobody's business this year.
Their raw V Magazine "Double Trouble" shoot, incredibly normal personas, and unique beauty seem to have catapulted the two; they're both signed with IMG Models, though Gigi's also known for her gorgeous Sports Illustrated shoot.
The two also just so happen to be the daughters of Yolanda Foster, a former model herself as well as a member of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills crew.
3. Emily and Zooey Deschanel
Best known for their respective roles on Bones and New Girl, Emily and Zooey are beloved for their quirky personalities and somewhat effortless cuteness.
They're also well-known for their alternative diets. Emily is 100 percent vegan, while Zooey also had a stint but was forced to come off the restrictive lifestyle due to wheat, gluten, and dairy sensitivities. Both massive supporters of the animal rights movement, the two prefer to live as they preach.
Zooey is especially notable, as she's a legitimate lady of all trades. She co-founded Hello Giggles, a popular lifestyle website, and has made a name for herself as a singer-songwriter in the band She & Him.
4. Poppy and cara Delevigne
We love Poppy and Cara because they're so unapologetically themselves.
Another gorgeous, goofy set of sister models, the two are signed to Storm Model management. Poppy became the face of Louis Vuitton's summer collection in 2012.
Younger sibling Cara, 22, is openly bisexual - a vital message in favor of openness and acceptance for the tweens and teens that follow her. She's also made a name for herself for her straight-up hilarious personality and a down-to-earth demeanor her fans can easily relate to.
