Charisma Carpenter

Charisma Lee Carpenter (born July 23, 1970) is an American actress. She is best known for playing Cordelia Chase on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and its spin-off, "Angel." Carpenter was discovered by a talent agent while waiting tables in Los Angeles. and moved with her family to Los Angeles when it was more of a suburb rather than a city.
