Congratulations are in order! Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk have tied the knot after four years of dating.
According to reports, the Goop mogul and director-producer exchanged vows at a star-studded ceremony that took place in The Hamptons on Saturday evening. Robert Downey Jr., Cameron Diaz and her husband Benji Madden, Steven Spielberg, Rob Lowe, and Jerry Seinfeld were all in attendance. On Friday night, the Seinfelds hosted the rehearsal dinner at their home.
The couple announced their engagement on the cover of Goop Magazine's Sex & Love issue back in January. In the feature, Paltrow described Falchuk as the "man I was meant to be with."
"Personally, at midlife, I have tried to accept how complex romantic love can be,” she said. "I have decided to give it a go again, not only because I believe I have found the man I was meant to be with, but because I have accepted the soul-stretching, pattern-breaking opportunities that (terrifyingly) are made possible by intimacy."
Although this is Paltrow's second marriage, this is the first time she's had a wedding. Paltrow and her ex-husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, decided not to have an elaborate ceremony when they wed in 2003.
"I’m excited about everything! I’ve never had a wedding before," she previously told People. "So even though I’m 45, I sort of feel like a 21-year-old."
Fast forward to Sunday, the actress took to Instagram to confirm the marriage. She shared a photo of her hand resting on Falchuk's, both of them sporting their wedding bands. There was no caption to accompany the post, but the way they lovingly interlaced their fingers was enough.
Paltrow separated from Martin in 2014 after 11 years of marriage. She shares two children with Martin, Apple and Orange.
Just kidding, the boy is named Moses.
Falchuk also has two children, Brody and Isabella, from a former relationship.
Congratulations to Gwyneth and Brad!
