Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor have called it quits after 17 years of marriage, according to ET Online.
The pair announced their split on Friday in a statement to the site, saying:
"With tremendous love and respect for each other, and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate. Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends. We kindly ask that the media respect our privacy at this time."
Stiller and Taylor met while filming a TV pilot called Heat Vision and Jack, then tied the knot in May 2000 in Kauai, Hawaii. They have two children, a daughter named Ella (born in 2002) and a son named Quinlin (2005). In November 2016, Stiller revealed that he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer two years earlier.
The funny couple often appeared together onscreen in movies like Zoolander, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, Tropic Thunder, Arrested Development, most Zoolander 2.
