'Rush' Trailers: More Fast Than Furious

Chris Hemsworth's taking a break from the hammer-wielding and world-saving to get behind the wheel of a Formula One death trap in Ron Howard's Rush. The film follows the real-life 1970s rivalry between Brit James Hunt (Hemsworth) and Austria's Niki Lauda, played by Daniel Bruhl, who you may recognize as the sniper from Inglorious Basterds.

The writing leaves a lot to be desired — "It's a wonderful way to live, and it's the only way to drive," and, "The closer you are to death, the more alive you feel" — but I'm going to go out on a limb and say Rush is more about fast cars can cool racing sequences than rapier wit.

Also, the trailer gives the stat that two F-1 racers die every year on the track, which if true, means you have to be insane to get in one of those things.
