No matter how much time has passed, Daniel Radcliffe will never get away from the role that made him famous. In a recent interview with Britain's Radio Times, the Boy Who Lived was asked whether or not he would consider slipping back into his wizard robes to play Harry Potter again.
"It would depend on the script,” he said. “The circumstances would have to be pretty extraordinary. But then I am sure Harrison Ford said that with Han Solo and look what happened there!” Radcliffe then added: “So I am saying, ‘No,’ for now, but leaving room to backtrack in the future.”
It seems like the British actor has had a change of heart since revealing back in 2010 that he had no interest in reliving his Hogwarts days. But leaving room to "backtrack in the future" seems like a smart idea. Harry Potter is the trend that will never die. It will remain a classic for generations to come. We truly anticipate the day when Warner Brothers decides to reboot the series, and asks Radcliffe to return to Hogwarts to play an old Professor Dumbledore-esque figure.
