Dancing with the Stars beauty and ESPN reporter has filed a lawsuit against a number of hotel chains for the scandal that emerged after she was secretly filmed naked in her hotel room.
According to the
New York Daily News, Andrews is suing for negligence and for invasion of privacy. The targets of the suit are the Marriott and Radisson hotel chains, which she has accused of revealing her location to Peeping Tom Michael David Barrett, who filmed the video.
She claims they revealed which room she was staying in and gave Barrett a room right next to hers. He stayed in rooms adjacent to hers in three different cities, where he used a peephole to shoot the videos.
Andrews has also accused Barrett of deliberate infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
