Will the real Michael Langdon please stand up?
Everything about American Horror Story: Cult is mysterious. Who is Kai (Evan Peters) really, and what's his end game? How is he managing to manipulate everyone around him? Is Ally seeing things, or is she truly being stalked by an insane clown posse? The questions are never-ending. Naturally, then, when some brilliant viewers offer a surprisingly plausible theory explaining Ozzy's parentage, we're inclined to share.
Ozzy is Ally and Ivy's son, but his background is otherwise unknown. He seems to trust Ivy slightly more, which could be the product of Ally's instability, but could also indicate Ivy gave birth to him. There's another option that's also quite possible: Ozzy was adopted... after American Horror Story: Murder House's Tate Langdon (also Evan Peters) impregnated Vivien Harmon (Connie Britton) and his mom Constance Langdon (Jessica Lange) took over.
This child's name is Michael, and he's best remembered as an actual devil baby with some seriously special needs. You know, typical devil baby stuff like blood and meat and mass destruction.
Michael would have been born about four years before we see him in Cult. By the look of Ozzy, he's closer to 7 or 8, but viewers will recall that Michael was born three months early, exhibiting an abnormal aging process even before he was born.
If, for example, Constance had succumbed to age, or simply ran into an obstacle, she'd have put him up for adoption in L.A. It's not unheard of for kids to be adopted from out-of-state.
There's also the blatant fact that Ozzy and Tate look exactly alike — both sporting curly blonde hair, round eyes, and a similar facial structure. This sort of resemblance is hard to argue against.
