Turns out if you want to be rich, you have to be willing to take a few right hooks to the face.

Forbes has released its annual list of the Top 100 Highest-Paid Celebrities, and Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, who took part in the most highly anticipated boxing match of the year, nabbed the top two spots. Mayweather scored a cool $300 million last year, which Pacquiao took home a paltry $160 million.

Katy Perry, meanwhile, was in the third spot thanks to her Prismatic World Tour, which earned her $135 million. And One Direction, who apparently count as one person for Forbes' purposes, still earned $130 million in spite of the loss of sexy face Zayn Malik.

And when it comes to top-earning celebrity couples, the richest lovebirds may surprise you. Beyonce and Jay Z seem like the obvious guess, but it was actually Taylor Swift and her supportive boyfriend Calvin Harris who scored the major bucks. The pair earned $146 million compared to Bey and Jay's $110.5.

In fact, Beyonce fell all the way to 29th place this year with $54.5 million in income. That's still a huge amount of money and Queen Bey could clearly rake in the dough any time she wants with another surprise album, but still. Even this crafty dude who got his very own job category made more than Bey.
