Amy Poehler no longer has time for your cutesy Q&As, 'cause if you haven't heard, "the whole world is on fire."
On Wednesday, the Hollywood Reporter published "The 40(ish) Most Powerful People in Comedy," a list of all the movers and shakers of the comedy world including Judd Apatow, Kumail Nanjiani, Issa Rae, Chris Rock.
While most of the other interviewees played nicely with THR's questions, Poehler was having absolutely none of it.
When asked her "dream product endorsement," Poehler replied in an exasperated, if not exhausted tone, "A giant whale just died in Thailand after eating 80 plastic bags."
And when prompted to describe college audiences, the Parks and Recreation star tersely replied "Kids that are afraid they will be shot in their own schools. What has happened to us?"
Poehler's SNL co-star Rachel Dratch tweeted a picture of the comedienne's "genius" answers.
Damn, this woman is not playing around – and thank god for that.
