Her big revelation? Yes, she's had plastic surgery, but she's not proud of it.
Fonda has been open about going under the knife before. According to PopEater, she once took to her blog to explain her decision to have a chin procedure.
Fonda talked plastic surgery on Larry King this week (Getty) She wrote, "This year I got tired of not looking like how I feel and I wanted a more refined chin line like I used to have, so I changed my mind. I'm still a little swollen but not much and what pleases me is that I won't looked pulled or weird... or tired all the time ... I wish I'd been brave enough to not do anything but, instead, I chose to be a somewhat more glamorous grandma."
She echoed a similar sentiment while chatting with King this week, indicating that she caved to pressure when deciding to go through with the surgery. She said, "If I was really brave, I would have not. I vowed I wouldn't -- I did, and I don't feel proud of it."
The 72-year-old added that getting older wasn't all bad news, either: "I didn't want to lie about it. I'm writing a book about getting older, so I had to admit it. I feel so good. I'm so happy."
