Talk about hitting all the right notes.
On Friday, Disney Channel released the first official trailer for the Tangled TV spin-off, Tangled: The Series. It's alright — go ahead and take a moment to collect yourself because the teaser is totally awesome!
Oh, and all your favorite characters are back in action and cuter than ever. Mandy Moore (Rapunzel) and Zachary Levi (Eugene/Flynn Rider) have reprised their lead roles for the TV series in addition to Jeffrey Tambor (Big Nose), M.C. Gainey (Captain of the Guard), and Paul F. Tompkins (Shorty).
In fact, this incredible cast will now be joined by some other familiar and famous voices as well. Ashley Judd will voice Rapunzel's mother, Queen Arianna; Sean Hayes will voice Pete the Guard; stand-up comedian Jeff Ross will helm the role of Hook Hand's brother, Hook Foot; and Wicked's very talented Eden Espinosa will take on Rapunzel's handmaiden, Cassandra.
Tangled: The Series will be set between the original 2010 animated movie and the 2012 short film sequel, Tangled: Ever After. The new TV spin-off series will follow Rapunzel's adventures as she attempts to find her place in the kingdom of Corona. Of course, it'll also feature some new songs and will premiere in 2017.
