Joe Biden again proved his capacity to embarrass America by ignoring the many virtues of Ukrainian life and honing right in on the ladies.
"I cannot believe that a Frenchman visiting Kiev went back home and told his colleagues he discovered something and didn't say he discovered the most beautiful women in the world. That's my observation," he told Ukrainian President
Viktor Yushchenko through a translator.
"It's certain you have so many beautiful women.
The problem is that nobody knows what Joe is talking about. Is he talking about some obscure French explorer, or is he just talking about his personal conversations with
Nicolas Sarkozi? No one seems sure.
Then again, no one can fault old Joe for noticing that the Ukraine is home to some very beautiful people. Just check out Prime Minister
