Miley Cyrus and she did not. At least that's what she's saying after a smooch snafu at Miley's L.A. concert a couple weeks ago. And now the gals are fighting over tongues.
After swapping spit, Perry went on an Australian talk show where she blabbed about the kiss. "I just walked up to her to give her like a friendly girly kiss, you know, as girls do and then she like tried to move her head and go deeper and I pulled away," she said, adding "God knows where that tongue has been. We don't know! That tongue is so infamous!"

Perry was probably just joking about the tongue in the interview, but Miley isn't laughing. She fired back on Twitter, clearly taking aim at Perry's former flame
John Mayer in the process.
Miley tweeted: "Girl if ur worried abt where tongues have been good thing ur ex boo is ur EX BOO cause we ALL know where THAT 👅 been." BURN.
She was referring to John Mayer, who's famously dated everyone from
Jessica Simpson to
Taylor Swift to
Jennifer Aniston, but could've cited Perrys'
other lothario ex,
Russell Brand. The British star was a known womanizer before they got hitched, and... yeah. Tongues.
We'd love to see who'd win in the ring between Miley and Katy, but since that will never happen, we're calling it a win for Miley. We'd rather have Liam Hemsworth's residue tongue than John Mayer's any day.
UPDATE: It looks like the tongue war is all in good fun. Perry just tweeted back to Miley: "Oooo gurrrl I'm gonna give you the BIGGEST spanking when I see you in the UK bb!" And now back to your regularly scheduled pop star programming.
