Kate Gosselin arrives with her "Dancing with the Stars" partner Tony Dovolani at the screening of The Discovery Channel's "Life" at the Alice Tully Hall in NYC. (Pacific Coast News)more pics »Kate Gosselin went from minor disaster to full blown train wreck on Dancing with the Stars Monday night. The reality mom of eight was shown cracking under pressure as dance instructor Tony Dovolani tried to teach her how to get "Jive" on the dance floor.
Training gets tough for Kate. (From abc.com) In footage aired on the show, Kate argued with Tony and questioned his teaching methods until the instructor finally stormed out of the room. Tony eventually cooled off and came back to make amends with Kate, who was holding her head in her hands when probably the most awkward moment in the show took place. Kate looked up at Tony and thanked him for coming back because everyone in her life leaves her. *Cough* Jon Gosselin *Cough*
And as for the fruits of the duo's labor? After scoring Monday night, Kate Gosselin was in next-to-last place with 31 points in two weeks. She's barely edging out Buzz Aldrin, an 80-year-old American Hero who has as much trouble memorizing his steps as he does executing them.
The only judge with anything nice to say to Kate Gosselin after her routine was Carrie Anne Inaba, who congratulated Kate for performing the routine all the way through. The season's first elimination will take place Tuesday night and Kate's score clearly puts her on the chopping block. But let's be honest. ABC doesn't want Kate to go, and I don't think viewers do either. I predict we'll get at least a couple more weeks to watch the train wreck. Enjoy.
