South Park last night, but no matter. She still looked fabulous at the
Nylon Young Hollywood party, which was hosted by
Emma Roberts and
Rory Culkin.
Kathy Griffin showed up to the party in a pink and tan dress that showed off her toned arms and legs and paired the dress with some matching open-toed shoes. The Young Hollywood party is held every year to help promote
Nylon's Young Hollywood issue. This year the cover of the issue is graced by
Kat Dennings and
Olivia Thirlby.
