Cinderella movie, and it looked positively
magical.
The first trailer for Kenneth Branaugh’s new version of the classic fairy tale has arrived, and it has everything you could hope for: sparkling glass slippers,
Cate Blanchett as Cinderella’s evil stepmother (with a cat on a leash, no less!), a gorgeously winsome leading lady in
Downton Abbey’s
Lily James, and
Helena Bonham Carter as a slightly off-kilter Fairy Godmother.
There’s also
Richard Madden as Cinderella’s Prince, who looks almost unrecognizable without his Robb Stark scruff. Unrecognizably
hot.
