Marc Bouwer

Marc Bouwer is a fashion designer who was raised in South Africa and now works in New York City. After winning the SA Vogue young designers award he moved to NY, where he apprenticed with Roy Halston Frowick. He is one of the first American designers to embrace stretch fabrics in eveningwear. His “cut” and bathing suit inspired gowns became dubbed “athletic glamour”.
