Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder are officially hitched!
The couple tied the knot on Sunday in Topanga Canyon, CA. Reed, 26, wore a long-sleeved lace gown, while Somerhalder, 36, looked dapper in a white tux and a light blue tie.
The lovebirds started dating just nine months ago, and they became engaged about four months ago. From the beginning, it was clear that Reed and Somerhalder were on a relationship fast track — they adopted a horse and a kitten together, and also founded a production company.
"Nikki and I are starting a production company and we're going to be able to tell even more stories that we really want to tell, everything from documentaries to TV shows to movies...all kinds of stuff," Somerhalder said of the couple's new co-venture. "Having the success of a television show like [Vampire Diaries] really allows you to be able...now I get to start spreading my creative wings as well."
On the morning of his nuptials, Somerhalder tweeted:
This is the first wedding for Somerhalder and the second for Reed, who split from husband Paul McDonald in March 2014 after just over two years of marriage.
