When it comes to boyfriends,
Paris Hilton seems to have a revolving door policy: She's never single for too long.
But now that she's just split from her boyfriend of about a year
Cy Waits, Paris seems to be reevaluating her dating strategy.
The fair-haired reality star told
E! Online, "I really want to focus on myself and get to know myself and be in Malibu with my girls and just enjoy the summer. So no, no one. I'm not looking for anyone."
When pressed about the subject, Hilton admitted, "I've never been single in my life. It's the first time, so I just really want to get to know myself."
In 2006, Hilton told
Live with Regis & Kelly, "I always have a boyfriend all the time, so I've never really got to know me and, like, have time for myself because I spend all my energy on the boyfriend.
And when she broke up with
Doug Reinhardt last year, she insisted on the
Ellen DeGeneres Show: "I don't really want to date anyone yet. I just want to hang out with my friends and my family and enjoy life and focus on my work."
