Phil LaMarr

Phil LaMarr is an American actor and voice actor known as one of the original cast members of MADtv. He has appeared on television as Green Lantern on Justice League, Hermes Conrad and various other characters on Futurama, the title roles on Static Shock, in addition to roles on Cold Case, Eve, Reno 911!, Without A Trace, NYPD Blue, and Family Guy.
