Update May 20, 2013: An open letter to the editor calling for his to have his head hacked and thrown into a lake in a town called Lake Ephraim, Virginia. The letter reads as follows…
"It's just ridiculous that I haven't been able to access my inbox. We live along a lake just about everything else, so this situation is not really my issue."
