Last year, fans of the Bravo reality television series The Rachel Zoe Project
became familiar with the complicated dynamic between stylist Rachel Zoe
and her two assistants, Taylor Jacobson
and Brad Goreski
The second season's primary conflict seemed to be Taylor's growing frustration over the chummy Rachel-and-Brad-club; In the season finale, Rachel whisked Brad to Paris, leaving Taylor to handle the daily grind at the stylist's Los Angeles office. By November, had Jacobson announced her departure from Zoe's crew, with stories of an enraged Zoe blacklisting Taylor from her hairstylist
following soon thereafter. DON'T MISS
With the third season's debut on August 3, Zoe's finally willing to comment on Taylor's departure—and it sounds like she's still ticked off. Zoe told WWD,
""It was like, I hired Brad, this little angel, and then Taylor just went in for the kill. And I, like, did not see that coming. I always knew what she was capable of, but who knew that was going to happen with the camera?"
Zoe wouldn't say if she and Jacobson are still in touch, but she was offered candid commentary on Taylor's new consulting gig: "Ugh. Oh yeah. [A line] that I've never heard of. I don't care what she does. How's that? How's that for an answer?"
That, friends, is why Rachel Zoe makes for wonderful reality television.More pictures of Rachel Zoe:Also on Zimbio:
