, is headed for rehab.
On Friday, Torn was arrested
after he was found intoxicated at a Salisbury, Connecticut bank. According to Torn's lawyer, the actor believed he was at his own home at the time of his arrest. Torn reportedly blew a .203 BAC on his breathalyzer test, and screamed that the police were removing him from his own home (to be fair, the bank did look just like a house
He was released today on $100,000 bond. He faces charges of burglary, criminal trespass and weapons offenses, but has not yet entered a plea.
Hopefully the latest charges will be what Torn needs to get his act together. He has already faced two drunk driving convictions; at least this time he was the only person in harm's way.
