Ryan Piers Williams popped the question to his longtime girlfriend America Ferrera, her rep confirmed to People magazine. The Ugly Betty star and her man met as students at the University of Southern California, when he gave her a part in his student film. SO cute!
America and Ryan Piers WIlliams. (People.com) America made her debut as a soon-to-be bride at the premiere of The Illusionist at the Edinburgh Film Festival last night, and, of course, she sported her new bling on her left hand. And, she looked happy as can be.
Ryan is an aspiring director, and has made films like The Dry Land (2010) and Muertas (2007). He has also two short films called The Flood and Confine, which he apparently uploaded to YouTube for the world to enjoy.
