The Dictator in New York on Monday. He was riding around on
DON'T MISS:
the back of a scooter with Anna Faris while working on the movie and he definitely looked like he was having fun.
The Dictator is reportedly loosely based on a book written in part by
Saddam Hussein. In it Sacha plays a dictator who is dethroned by a look-alike. He moves to New York to make a new life and, of course, comedy ensues.
