Over the weekend, Minions star Sandra Bullock sported a pair of adorable themed heels at the Los Angeles premiere of the new movie. The black and yellow Rupert Sanderson pumps featured a Minion eyeball and paired perfectly with the star's sleek, yet playful, black dress.
But Sandy's shoes are about more than just looking cute on the red yellow carpet. Ever the philanthropist, Bullock has joined forces with CharityBuzz.com to auction off 10 autographed replica pairs of the heels. The proceeds from the auction will benefit Art + Practice, an organization that encourages education and culture by providing life-skills training for foster youth in South Central Los Angeles.
“When you discover people who are truly giving back, and taking care of our community, I think it’s our duty to support and take care of them
in return,” the actress told People of the cause.
The auction starts Wednesday, July 1, and Minions hits theaters on July 10.
