The First Photo From the 'Fantastic Beasts' Sequel Will Leave You With So Many Questions

It's awesome, but we need so much more than this.

The First Photo From the 'Fantastic Beasts' Sequel Leaves Us With So Many Questions
Warner Bros.

The sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is still a year away, but we're already being gifted the tiniest of details to keep us satisfied. On Thursday, the Fantastic Beasts movie account tweeted the first official photo from the upcoming film.

The picture is a travel application of magizoologist Newt Scamander, which has been denied by the Ministry of Magic. Why? "Subject uncooperative and evasive on reasons for last trip." If you've seen the events in the last film, this makes plenty of sense. Can you say, magical creatures running amok all over New York City?

Wait, that's it? We need more. MORE!

We're not sure how this image connects to the sequel, but we're guessing all will make sense in time. Plus, we don't even know the title of the second film in the five-part series, so this image could mean anything. However, we now know that Newt was born on February 24, 1897 which makes him a Pisces in addition to a Hufflepuff.

The Fantastic Beasts sequel will star Eddie Redmayne as the charismatic wizard, plus Catherine Waterston, Zoe Kravitz, and Ezra Miller. Jude Law is all set to join the cast as young Dumbledoore, which is pretty cool... we think

The sequel to Fantastic Beasts is set for November 16, 2018. Get excited.
