Heidi Montag, or he's milking this break-up for all the publicity it's worth. The reality star was spotted on a run yesterday in the Malibu trails, sporting a camouflage jacket, a serious beard and even a walkie talkie. Hm.
Even though they're supposedly going through a tough time, you can expect to see Spencer on the new reality show that will launch later this year, starring Heidi and her pal
Jen Bunney.
