This is a serious game-changer.

Hello, American Horror Story fan theorist. This is your moment.

AHS aficionados have long speculated that the Montgomery family, seen in both Murder House and Coven, holds special meaning within the twisted AHS/Ryan Murphy universe. Turns out, they were on to something.

Hotel's most recent episode has brought some very dark, bloody skeletons to light, and they're all chilling out in none other than The Countess's closet: Elizabeth (Lady Gaga), it seems, visited Dr. Charles Montgomery's illegal abortion clinic waaay back in 1926.

Their not so cute-meet probably looked something like this:

Not only is this our first blatant season connection, but it explains quite a bit about what may have led to her current state and obsession with small, pale children.

Oh Bartholomew, WTH are youuu?

"Mrs. Johnson" had the belly of a many-months pregnant woman, but claimed to have only been expecting for three weeks. Then, the Barthy creature inside of her turned out to be alive after the procedure, inciting a ruckus the likes of which could only be achieved by a non-human entity.

More questions than answers here, but we'll take what we can get.

Back in Coven, Madison Montgomery (Emma Roberts) was a particularly messed up little witch, with powers that just might explain the original Dr. Montgomery's ability to bring his own child (monster, mutant) back to life after it was murdered – powers that, dare we say, might have been adopted from The Countess herself.

Now that we know Elizabeth has a history with the Montgomerys, we can't help but wonder who else may sneak on in to the course of this season.

At this point, nothing is impossible.
