All About Khloe Kardashian's New True-Crime Series, 'Twisted Sisters'

Each Kardashian sister has cemented her place in a variety of industries. Kim and Kylie are dominating the beauty world with KKW Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics, Kendall is one of the highest-paid models in fashion, and Kourtney is all about health and wellness. But Khloe is veering away from these areas and focusing her energy on something new: true crime.

While Khloe has starred in Keeping Up With the Kardashians and its spinoffs for more than a decade, only recently has she stepped behind the camera to helm reality programs. Her first new venture, Revenge Body, premiered last year. It's all about helping individuals reach their fitness goals. This year, she's dipping her toes in another series, and it's not about dating, cooking, or traveling. It's about *drum roll* sibling rivalries so nasty they turn criminal.

In partnership with Investigation Discovery, Khloe is producing Twisted Sisters, a true-crime series more intense than all of the KUWTK drama combined. As a self-confessed true-crime enthusiast, it'll be interesting to see how her involvement shapes the program.

The six-part show will revolve around stories of sisters either turning on each other to commit murder or banding together to kill others. As Kris Jenner famously said in one KUWTK episode, this is a case for the FBI.

Each one-hour episode of Twister Sisters will feature interviews from investigators, reporters, and law enforcement officers (as well as the siblings' closest friends and family) in an attempt to uncover the truth about the crime.

"When choosing the stories, we couldn’t believe how many untold tales there were to tell," Khloe said in a statement. "As a true-crime fan myself, I am excited to share with viewers a new twist on the term 'sibling rivalry.'"

On Twitter, she shared an exclusive sneak peek of the series to get fans hyped. It's a clip lifted from the fourth episode, in which a child has been found dead in their home. The perpetrator leaves bloody writing on the wall.

Catch the premiere of Twisted Sisters on September 3 on Investigation Discovery.
