Earlier this week, Rihanna got into a passive aggressive war of words
with performer Teyana Taylor, a close friend of her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. It didn't take long for publicists to wrangle control of their Twitter accounts
both ladies to simmer down, but in a conversation with Hot 97 (via MissInfo
) on Wednesday, Taylor insisted that Rihanna frequently makes fun of her colleagues online, branding her a "cyber bully."
"I think her fans allows and condone her behavior and she does this to everybody," Taylor said. "I do think she’s a cyber-bully. And I think she has dope music, I’m not no hater. She’s a pretty girl. But that don’t mean you can bully people."
Taylor is right about one thing: This isn't Rihanna's first time at the rodeo. She and pal Melissa Forde have poked fun at fellow singer Ciara
relentlessly for the past year.
Rihanna's beef with Taylor got its legs on Tuesday morning, when the singer posted a video of her male hairstylist in a wig, singing a verse from a song that Taylor had posted to Instagram a few days earlier. In a truly ugly exchange, Taylor switched her Twitter background to the infamous police photo of Rihanna's battered face in the wake of Chris Brown's assault.
