is still the richest athlete in sports according to Forbes
, but can he win the Masters this weekend? The Masters kicked off today, and Tiger is off to a decent start at Augusta National, shooting 1 under par through 15 holes.
Can Tiger Woods
keep pace with a crop of new young talent, including the British phenom Rory McIlroy
who fired off a 7 under par today. It's too early to tell who will win the Masters this year, but Tiger Woods would love to get back in the winning column.
Due to his lackluster performance as of late, Tiger Woods
is not the favorite at the Masters this year, which would make it the first time since 1999 he was not the favorite to win the tournament.
