Tom Silverman

In 1994 he founded the Institute for American Culture, one of the largest civic engagement organizations, which works to advance the arts and culture in the U.S., and has developed several national programs and initiatives including Young Artists Program , a national program on youth entertainment for African-Americans, and the U.S.-based Young Artists Workshop. Silverman's wife is a producer and musician.
